Booking policy
- All services are priced in Canadian dollars (CAD).
- Full payment is due at time of booking.
- Bookings can be transferred to another date or time for free more than 48 hours before the service.
- Within 48 hours of the service, a booking can be transferred for a $30.00 charge.
Cancellation policy
- All cancellations must be requested by email to info@mtnparktrans.com.
- Guest cancellations more than 48 hours before the service date receive a full refund.
- Within 48 hours the payment is non-refundable; the booking can be rescheduled to a later service if available for a $30.00 charge.
- If we cancel a service (insufficient bookings, unfavourable driving conditions or other reasons) you receive a full refund.
Luggage allowance
Airport passengers are allowed 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on. Additional luggage is $25 per item.
Travel time from Calgary International Airport
- To Banff: 1 hour 45 minutes
- To Canmore: 1 hour 30 minutes
- To Lake Louise: 2 hours 5 minutes
How long between my flight arrival and shuttle departure?
Please allow 1 hour between your flight's arrival and our shuttle departure time.
If I miss my shuttle, can I join the next departure?
If there is space on the next shuttle you can join. If it is sold out you cannot, and we are unable to offer a refund.
