Where do I meet the shuttle at Calgary Airport?
After you land and collect your bags, follow the signage to the shuttle pick-up area. Detailed instructions are in your confirmation email.
Do you offer hotel pickup and drop-off?
Yes — in Banff, Canmore and Lake Louise at selected accommodations. If yours isn't listed, choose Banff Train Station (500 free parking spaces).
What is your cancellation policy?
More than 48 hours before the service date you can cancel for a full refund or reschedule at no fee. Within 48 hours bookings are non-refundable, or can be rescheduled for $30 (subject to availability).
Are pets allowed?
Pets are permitted in a lap-sized carrying case. Certified service animals of all sizes are welcome.
